Because you haven't heard of an organisation does not mean that everyone who has is toxic. NHS staff in general are not murderers. There are exceptions that we all know about. I would urge your client to approach his local constabulary to report death threats. That is unacceptable and I will happily devote a section in my next article to ask readers not to consider making such threats to anyone. I myself was messaged last year and asked "if I was part of the organisation in the New York office?" and then when the operative realised I was not the person they were expecting I was sent pictures of a murder victim laid out in a mortuary.
